Lan-Game

I simply cant join the server through CS ZERO which is i downloaded from this site.
I downloaded x7 extreme which i cant join here, but when i go to internet cafe i can somehow join.
But it didnt work on this pc, so i downloaded cs zero but when i go server list there is no servers, favourites only SISA-ZOMBIES is here but it says not responding. I tryed entering IP from connect nd it said failed to contact game server.

yes i did,
please read up carefully, i stated something
when i go server list there is no servers, favourites only SISA-ZOMBIES is here but it says not responding.

Delete server from favorites . After dat copy ip adress and try to find again
